Authorisation, Sessions and Excess with our osteopath covered by WPA

Number of sessions: Your WPA authorisation number is linked to a certain number of sessions. It is important to tell us how many sessions you are allowed so you do not exceed the limit. If you use all the sessions but still need more treatment, call WPA to ask for a new authorisation number.

Excess: You need to know if you have an excess to pay in your WPA policy because this amount will have to be paid to our clinic if we invoice WPA directly for you.
