Efficient Cellulite treatment in London. How to get rid of cellulite? The French technique: PALPER-ROULER & LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE at home or at our practices in Moorgate EC2, Belgravia Westminster SW1 or Clapham SW4
The best and most efficient cellulite treatment you can find in London
The technique is called Palper Rouler and comes from France. Studies show that it is the most efficient cellulite treatment if done regularly. At contrary to a machine the physiotherapist will target specifically the cells and part of your body that create cellulite.
Why our manual cellulite treatment is more efficient than mechanical skin stimulation
The physiotherapist will apply manual decompression on the skin causing the breakdown of adhesions and lumps, promoting the dispersion of stored cellulite cells, stimulating both lymphatic and blood circulation under skin layers. Draining and cleaning the body from the fat cells using the lymphatic circulation will avoid the cells to reappear as it usually happen when using mechanical skin stimulation.

How does palper rouler cellulite treatment works?
The therapist will squeeze the skin and roll it on without releasing, always heading towards the centre of the body to follow both lymphatic and blood vessel directions giving a draining effect to the cellulite cells.
It is important that a specialised physiotherapist deliver the treatment because this method requires a technical knowledge about lymphatic drainage for it to be effective.
At the end of the session, your skin will be warmer due to the friction used in the technique. The slight increase of temperature is the result of stimulation of the microcirculation and the attraction of blood in the area, which promotes the elimination of waste products and toxins.
For best results with this cellulite treatment, we advise to drink lots of water before and after each session, to follow a diet plan and to have regular sessions.

What causes cellulite ?
An unhealthy diet is the main cause to a fast degeneration of body cells. When we eat processed food, it releases certain toxins, which, on a long term, will reduce skin elasticity and slow down circulation. This process is called oxidation and cellulite is the results of it.
The typical orange peel appearance is due to clusters of cells of the hypodermis, the inner surface of the skin, getting harder and adhering to the underneath layer called fascia, the membrane covering and supporting all our organs. This leads to those lumps that we feel and see.
Cellulite is also worsened by fat accumulation and bad circulation in certain areas of the body like belly, hips, buttock and thighs.
